Funny man Tuc Watkins is set to reprise the role as David Vickers Buchanan on One Life to Live, according to SOAPnet.com. The actor will make his way back to Llanview in mid-January and have scenes with the Buchanans and Ms. Kimberly Andrews (Amanda Setton). Oh the possibilities of having schemers Kim and David sharing scenes together!

Thank you, I needed that news! Kim and David would be hilarious! I'd already thought of this possibility as soon as Kim started showing off her comedic side. I hope they have some David and Destiny scenes too, they have a great dynamic! Do we know how long Tuc's stay is this time? It would be great to have David back premanatly and I'm suspicious that Bob is dead on Desperate Housewives.

Your scenario TV Gord is exactly why Dorian should not be used for any romantic intent when it comes to David. It is always written in a way to humiliate the character of Dorian for laughs. I am sick of it. Bring back Ray for Dorian. Let Kim, David and Clint play the camp.

I think she and David are great together, and so are she and Clint. I'm hoping they reunite to bring down Bo and Nora (which, of course, will never work).
You have to stand back and take a look at what each character on soaps represents. Dorian is meant to never measure up to Viki, just as Lindsay was meant to never measure up to Nora. If Dorian ever finds true and lasting happiness, be worried. That means the writers are getting ready to write her out.

That still does not mean that I would find it entertaining for the character to be repeatedly humiliated to buy laughs for David Vickers during Tuc's brief return. That is not amusing to me as a woman or as a viewer. How many times has this character dumped Dorian. I prefer her with someone like Ray as played by A, who even in a short time showed respect for her and passion. I wouldn't care if there weren't a forever romance. I would want a character like that on the canvas for Dorian instead of one who predictably is written to humiliate her with a laugh track.

I liked A on Santa Barbara, but found him way too stiff on OLTL.
And as for your wishes for Dorian, hey, I'd be happy to see it, but I wouldn't hold my breath. I believe you're just setting yourself up for continuing frustration.

No actually it is more like OLTL losing another viewer. A stunt like what is suggested if indeed were to air would demonstrate a continued lack of respect women by those in charge. There were many fans who supported Ray and Dorian even if you were not one of them.
