We've been told that Leven's character features heavily in the Nov. 19 episode, titled "Holidaze," and that during the course of that episode (which spans several weeks of story time), Mark (Eric Dane) and Lexie (Chyler Leigh) must cope with the shocking arrival of a woman from his past.
Just who is this mysterious woman? RUMORS are out that Rambin is playing Mark Sloan's long-lost daughter. It's also possible that she may be a romantic spoiler for Mark and Lexie. Izzie (Katherine Heigl) gave a daughter up for adoption as well. Is this her girl? Tune in tomorrow...

Finally giving Mark a little backstory, outside of Addison/Derek.
She looks a bit too old to be Mark or Izzie's daughter. Unless, it's the picture.

I absolutely adore Mark and Lexie so I hope her purpose isn't to come in between them. But I agree, it would be nice to see Mark getting a little back-story besides Addison/Derek.
