No. 4: Steve Burton - General Hospital
General Hospital's Steve Burton returns to a familiar spot for him. Burton spent much of 2008 in the Daytime Confidential Top 5, but in 2009 he's spent much more time farther down the countdown. The last time he appeared in the DC Top 5 was in March of this year.
No. 3: Christel Khalil - The Young and the Restless
Like Maura West and Kim Zimmer The Young and the Restless' Christel Khalil seems perfectly happy maintaining her July ranking at No. 3 in August. Interest in Khalil remains high as her Y&R character Lily battles cancer.

My girl Melody Thomas Scott is number one?!?! LOL it seems so long ago that we were dealing with this contract negotiations and stuff. I guess Eric Braeden will be number one next month due to his contract negotiations.

MTS is doing the damn thing at the top spot!!! I had to come in here and show my MTS love! Also, look at all the GL love in August. Gotta give it up. I also see my girl Mandy Bruno in the Top 50 finally. Hopefully she can make it to the Top 20 for the end.
