Advocate.com's Michael Fairman chatted up Guiding Light's Jessica Leccia about what fans can expect to see in the final days of the show.

How do you think fans will feel about the ending of the Otalia story line?

Either way, everyone is going to be a little sad...the whole thing is just sad. I hope the fans can appreciate how the story ended or didn't end, or however they see it. Everybody really did the best they could, and no matter what, it's just going to be a little bittersweet. There was not a whole lot you can do, because the story has to be over and you really don't want the story to be over. I did not envy the writers at all.

It sounds like Otalia and GL in general are going to get an open ended, ending kind of like a life goes on for them but we wont get to see it which isnt a bad idea I guess.

That is total BS that Otalia don't even get at least a big, soapy kiss! Ellen Wheeler & Telenext need to be shot! I can just imagine what else is going to piss me off about this finale. Thank God that my GL fanfic will have to ease my pain like my Passions fanfic did...

I think Otalia will at least get a *kiss,* at least I *hope* they do. And an openended ending is at least better than having the broken up permanatly.

I'm gonna reserve judgment until I see the end. If there is alot of other kinds of intimacy and very tender stuff, I can deal with no kiss. But it better be butterflies in the tummy good, or no kiss is gonna look very awkward and silly for two adults who love each other. I love this story so much, I hate to have a negative attitude going into the home stretch.
