Blind Item: Which Former West Coast Soap Dad Will Return to Help His Comatose Daughter?

A little birdie just told me a former star of this West Coast soap just signed on to reprise his popular role. The character's daughter will soon fall gravely ill due to a medical malady that will ultimately land her in a coma. Sorry though, the actor won't be bringing the heroine's popular mother back to town with him when he returns for this three-day stint. Will it be daddy's love, or the complicated love of the man in her life, that wakes up our Sleeping Beauty? That is, if she wakes up at all...

Yep, it's got to be Shemar Moore. No other actor or storyline fits as perfectly. Missing mother and complicated lover are clues that all point to the bio dad of Lily Winters, Malcolm Winters, popping up on canvas.

Since Lily is supposed to be getting this big cancer story line then I would think that this is a blind story about Steve Johnson. Besides why would Dru come back with Malcolm? She is supposed to be down the river not with Malcolm? Besides Lily has her real father with her. Ya know the one who raised her and blew her nose when she had a cold and blew off the unsuitable suitor or two..... ya know her REAL dad Neil. Not the guy who raped her mom and impregnated her in the meantime.So my guess is Stephanie will be in a coma and Steve will be visiting sans Kayla. How about we dump Stephanie and keep Steve? OK, I don't watch the show so I don't know where she is in her story line, but I'll throw out Tristan Rogers (Robert Scorpio) returning for Robin Scorpio as an alternative from the Malcolm/Lily guess. I would love to see Tristan return, but I think TPTB don't really like him enough, especially with his Myspace posts, but that's my guess.
