Well that didn't last long. The secret romance of The Young and the Restless' Adam (Michael Muhney) and Rafe (Yani Gellman) may become public knowledge courtesy of Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott). The chinchilla wearing socialite walks in on her wicked ex-stepson, and the innocent legal eagle in a jaw dropping situation. Now with this new bit of information, what will Victor (Eric Braeden) think when he hears his offspring's allegedly, "over the rainbow?" Ay Dios Mio! To be a fly on that wall.....

Going for broke would be having this tryst involve characters fans care about, instead of some guy we barely know, and a crazy. The lack of buildup between them before they got together and lack of intimacy in the scenes is also half-hearted.

Michael Jackson's memorial is going to throw every thing off a day since it looks like Y&R will be pre-empted.
With all of the digital sub-channels available, I wish that the networks and affiliates would just toss Jackson's memorial onto one of them. Wouldn't that make more sense? Why not take advantage of the new signal space and use it effectively.

I said from day one that Rafe and Adam have chemistry, I doubt we will see the same kind of chemistry between Rafe and PIII.

I would want Adam and Rafe to be the end game too because what reaction Victor will have by having Adam fall for Rafe. But I don't think the writers going that route, but I hope they change their minds and make them a couple.

aveRex, how is it riveting? The way its presented it makes people like me even more unconformable with homosexuality. Its not a good way of telling a little about homosexual life. I'm pretty sure a homosexual person wouldn't be proud of this story.
valso, it hasent been proven Phillips queer. That info came from a rag. Ill wait for proof from a reliable source. So far Phillip faked his death because he couldn't handle being a chancellor. He wanted to be free and enjoy life as a teenager.

The local channels are showing the viewers what they want to see... MJ's tribute and celebration of his life. For those people that don't have cable tv or dish networks. Sorry you'll miss some of your favorite programming this afternoon. You can catch up quickly...the story lines are pretty much predictable.

Yup, Phillip is gay(supposedly). What a bunch of crap. Way to ruin a cherished love relationship of the past. If the writers wanted two gay characters why didn't they just introduce Rafe like they did. Then later on introduce a brand new character that could be a love interest for him. Like say maybe a fellow lawyer. As it stands now both storylines are done in a negative light. First, We have the gay lawyer that would sell out sweet dear old grandma to sleep with a man. Second, we have the man that had to fake his own death because being gay is so bad. Gimme a break!! Bill bell would be turning over in his grave with this bad writing.
