Ok I just started listening to the podcast and Jamey, Jillian, or Mike might be able to answer this. I seem to recall before Katherine bought her 51% stake in Jabot they had a meeting with all the stockholders of Jabot at the Abbott Mansion with all the stockholders to vote on whether to accept Katherine's offer because Jack was CEO of Chancellor if I'm not mistaken. It was like his way of getting back into work at Jabot because Victor had made it to where Jack couldn't work for Jabot or something.
Jabot Cosmetics stockholders then where
Jill-20%
Nikki-5% (This is an estimate because I know Nikki and Brad got the stock when they gave Jabot all that money)
Brad-5%
Abbott Family (John, Traci, Ashley, Jack and Billy)-owend the remaining 70%.
When Kay bought the 51% stake that would have divided everyone's ownership in half. Just to keep it simple. I know Nikki sold her stock during the Clear Springs mess. Brad sold his stock to Victor for Newman Enterprises stock.
I don't remember there being any other stock changes for Jabot since then. Which means Jill should own about 10% of the company. I loved the Jabot Takeover stuff but I was always wondering how that 5% gloria got would have mattered with Jill still owning 46% from Katherine and her own 10%.
Now Jamey, Jillian, Mike or Melodie does this sound about right in regards to what Jill should own? I may have forgot somethings but I think this is close to what the ownership should be without the rewrites.

I just started listening to your podcast & while i do enjoy them for the most part (A) sometimes you do go off on tangents & i wish you would stick to the subject & (B) PLEASE OH PLEASE stop singing katherine kelly lang's praises SHE SUCKS...i realize that the acting on B&B is not anywhere near what Y&R or GL is but please...ashley jones or of course SUSAN FLANNERY are the stars on this show

Smitty I'm going to be honest here.... EVERYONE in that town has stock in Jabot at this point! *LOL* I can't remember who has what because its changed hands so much in the past and with different writers. I do know Brad was brought into Newman because of his stock, Victor and Nikki had stock in there hence NVP and so did Kay and Jill. Don't ask me about the percentages because they've changed that mess over the years.

I can't say I agree with you kassam1964. KKL has long been a favorite of mine and in that sea of mediocrity, she is a standout. I agree about Susan Flannery, but I can't say that I do about Ashley Jones. I like her too, but she's got no fire. We'll agree to disagree on this one!

I just want to say I'm loving Bernard on these podcasts. I hope he sticks around! I agree with Jamey, and although I like Craig and Carly on ATWT individually, they give off more of a friendship vibe to me than a romantic one. They have the chemistry of siblings. I think Craig has more of a spark in his scenes with Janet actually. There's the next quad Janet/Craig/Carly/Jack!

Ryan you and me both. I think Tom going back to Y&R would be the story of the year and it needs to happen b/c nothing against Amelia, but my goodness after watching Tom's final scenes on Y&R on Youtube (which I think got her a nomination in 04) I see the fans dissapointment in Heinle's potrayal and want for Heather to come back.
