This one: "... Adam blackmails Ashley's doctor into making her think she's still pregnant." I shouldn't even ask like How is that even possible but I tell myself anything is possible in the worlds of soap operas even one that is as "smartly" written as Y & R. All I'll say is they'd better make me "buy it."

This one: "The person responsible for the fake fed's death is in possession of Victoria's briefcase filled with money." Does this lead up to Deacon Sharpe's appearance in GC or just how is he going to make his entrance...

Okay seriously Adam is turning into a cartoon character.

I'm just excited about Paul having a storyline.

Sick of Mac. i just don't buy that storyline.

I wonder what will happen when Ashley finally regains control of herself. Will she finally get back at Adam or will sge be in the care of a therapist for several months. Surely Victor will one day open up his eyes and realize what happened.

Adam and Frank plotting against Jack I can understand. He was the main one who started it all by putting thoughts of grandure into Adams head when Victor left.

Deacon showing up?? How did Victoria lose her case of money? She is surely not that out of it. I am so sick of Mac. Please marry Raul and put Billy in his place under the floor of the pool house.

Paul finally gets air time. He deserves it. I wonder how he will handle MJ being his sister. Surelly Nikki will put in her 2 cents.

Poor Lily, this is the third, no fourth time, a man has pulled the wool over her eyes:

1) Kevin
2) Daniel
3) Billy
4) Kane

If this show reflected real life, Lily would be crying on her Aunt Olivia's shoulder. The conversation would then turn into awkwardsville where Lily or Olivia would bring up race and if Lily might want to try dating a black guy.

Yeah, it's not a post-racial world, and that's an honest question that black women would discuss out of frustration and hurt. Race is a topic that people of color discuss amongst themselves.

Anyway, we know that somehow, Cane and Lily will get back together.

Finally, just how is a doctor suppose to fake a pregnancy other than giving the mother loads of hormones, I don't buy it. Wouldn't ashley be showing?

Josstheguy, I could not agree with you more! How is it that Adam can blackmail a doctor into believing she is still pregnant..She is showing now..so if the baby died wouldn't she return to the way she was before she got pregnant? I think they are going a bit too far with Adam. His actions are despicable and they are writing the character into a major Sheila Carter corner!

Dang I kind of feel sad for Lily...I'm over it. LOL Josstheguy Lily dating a black guy? Yeah right if that ever happens. I still don't understand why they haven't had her date a black guy. It's whatever though.

I recall a couple weeks ago when Jillian gave us the spoilers about Adam injecting botox in his eye we all were like WTF and then we have been praising the story. I am interested in how he is going to blackmail Ashley's doctor. I bet we might be praising that after seeing it too. I have faith in MAB.

I wish Sharon would leave Jack and be done with him. I am so sick of that pairing. SHICK ALL THE WAY!!!

Now Smitty, I usually agree with 90 percent of your comments..but I LOVE me some Jack and Sharon! But I am not trying to get use to them being a couple again. Also, MAB, please no more jail storylines at least for awhile. It's getting redudant. I watch this show for corporate intrigue and romance, not to see another Genoa City resident framed for a crime they did not commit. Besides, no one on soaps ever stay incarcerated for long anyway.

I loving Adam, but I do agree that they are putting him into a corner without a way to get out of it, ie Ashley miscarriage. He getting at Victor and Jack on thing, but making Ashley lose her baby is all kinds of wrong and I kinda agree that this is why Chris left because the character was becoming to irredeemable.

I called it: I said the second Lily learned the truth she'd back her bags and go to live with Devon and daddy.

I read somewhere that Adam dresses up in DRAG as Sabrina and startles Ashley who falls down the stairs. If it's true no WONDER Engen quit!

Lily should kick Cane to the curb, but ultimatley take him back. At least Cane does have a heart and didn't want to fool the whole town, yeah right. But he does love Lily and I hope that they get back together.

reggyreg you are a SHACK FAN???!!! WTF LOL. We do usually agree about 90 percent of the time but I can't believe you are a SHACK fan. Jesus take the wheel. I think Jack has put up with too much from Sharon. Sharon always pissed me off during their marriage because she was always acting like she was Mrs. Goody to shoes. Besides Jack needs a woman more around his age. Like Phyliss, Mary Jane and of course my favorite lady Nikki Newman. I loved Nikki and Jack together. I always have wanted Y&R to put them back together.

Sheila is a classic villain that kept Kimberlin Brown employed in soaps off an on for almost 20 years. She had to take Sheila to B&B for a while but the character sure added a lot of zing to that show when she first appeared. The writers made Sheila smarter than Adam because she was able to control herself and employ others to do her dirty work.

The way things are moving with Adam, he seems like a short term character.

Smitty...LOL..you are a mess! I liked Nick and Sharon for a long time and I rooted for them for years. I might be able to get back into them..as usual, I agree with you that Sharon has really treated Jack wrong. But when he did things wrong she would throw it up in his face. She is a hypocrite..and he should have layed her out for sleeping with his brother. I also agree with you when you said that Nikki and Jack were good together. I would like them to explore that relationship again but I don't think it will happen.

I am loving Adam, and all his sneaking around. He is adding a lot of zip to the show lately. Please have him go after Perfect Victoria and Hot Pants Nick next. While they are at it, have J.T. give Victoria the boot. He deserves an actual story instead of carrying around his wife's purse.

As for Sharon, she is turning into a real pest. This is supposed to be the heroine of the show? She is hopping around sleeping with everyone, and making a fool out of her husband. I know Jack is far from perfect, but he is too good for her. Go Phyllis go!

Give Mac a chance, she is improving on a daily basis. She has chemistry with Raul.

That's why I want him to leave Ashley alone and go after Nick and Victoria and Jack and Victor.

Sharon and Phyllis are actually about the same age. Michelle Stafford is only 5 years older than Sharon Case.

Peter Bergman is 11 to 15 years older than both women.

I actually like Sharon and Jack more than Nick and Sharon.

I'm disappointed that Cane is going to be a total fraud. His affection for Jill and Katherine seems real. Once he's exposed, what future does he really have in Genoa City? Somehow, I wish were Jill's son.

Since Y&R is bringing back P3, why not bring back Phillip Chancellor Jr! The actor who portrayed him, Donnelly Rhodes was just on Battlestar Galactica.

What if he didn't die but faked his death and it was he who spirited away P3 (Thom Bierdz) and Cane is his son. I'm stretching things.

I just think that the loss of Cane will be a terrible blow to Jill and Katherine.

Phillip faked his death because he is gay, and did not want to put everyone through his "coming out" (especially Nina and their child).

Remember he "died" in 1989, being gay then was a big deal. It still is not a walk in the park.

Phillip coming back to town is going to give Kay and Jill a ton of material to work with.

I am glad to see you like Sharon and Jack together...lol..i think it will be very interesting if Cane ends up not being related to Jill. I think this could be a problem with continuing to create storyline for him. The LANE love affair can only last so long. He is going to need something else to do besides look in Lily's eyes all the time. Do you think he is not a favorite of MAB?

I personally think LILY should date whomever she pleases. I like Cane and LILY and we have not seen the s/l yet . That has not kept you from writing your version of it, though. If you are going to write it why don't you try to be original and let your characters out of that old stale box you have placed her in for the last 7 years. ALLOW HER TO GROW and for once, just maybe let her become a grown azz woman and stay with her husband. What a novel idea in soapdom. I see that most of you like the deviants of GC.

I hope they bring Sheila Carter back or make Adam the new Sheila. LML screwed the character with the whole PHEILA mess. What the hell was that!?!

Sheila is hands down the best female villian of all time. Since YR is getting back to its classic self, slowly but surely (although the dead Cassie and John have got to go) they should bring Sheila back and this time let her make her mark. And bring back Kimberlin Brown not Michelle Stafford. Sheila can team up with Adam. Now that would be AWESOME!

I'm not sure if you are writing me or the world of soaps because your post is unclear.

First, I don't care whom Lily dates. I like the Lily and Cane posting. However, I do know that most African-American women would discuss race. If you are either unfamiliar with African-American culture or how most people of color feel as minorities in the U.S., then I suggest you read a book.

In the real world, race matters. Interracial couples would discuss race at some point as either a small or large conversation. We live in a racial world.

As for the citizens of Genoa City being deviants, what does that mean? Are they deviants because they are sexual beings or because they divorce? I'm not a fan of characters divorcing at the drop of the hat. Watching characters come together and break apart over and over is more irritating than immoral to me.

But this is a soap opera. It's about melodrama and exaggeration.

As for Lily leaving Cane after finding out that he's lied to her, why wouldn't she? If every other man with whom you had had a relationship lied and mistreated you, you wouldn't be angry that another one had misled you? A grown woman knows when to stand up for herself instead of letting others walk all over her. Maturity does not mean accepting abuse.

How do you know P3 faked his death because he's gay? The character isn't on yet. I would think him truly pathetic if he faked his death and dumped his wife and kid because of being gay. Then again, dumping one's kid is just pathetic in itself. That would be such a cliched storyline. Then add in P3 sending Cane to Genoa city swindle tens of millions from Katherine, bleh.

Sharon is mentally ill. Jacks is a dirtbag. Seriously, the guy should be in jail just as much as Adam for framing Victor.

I'd like to see Sheila but there's no reasonable way to bring her back again. Because of her deeds, her face is well known. Unless she's hiding in the shadows, then there is no way for her to interact with people.

Think back to how Kimberlin Brown appeared last time as a friend of Lauren's son Scott. She hid her identity by not interacting with the main cast for most of her run but it was inevitable that she would have to reveal herself and then the clock began to run towards her exit.

What worked was giving Sheila a fresh start on B&B where she could wreak havoc because no one knew her.

Victor Newman is an effective villain because even though he does monstrous things, like making a bank go under, costing the financial ruin of thousands of people to hurt Jeff, Gloria, and Jill, his evil is not reviled. He's constantly given opportunities to show him somewhat victimized or heroic. Look at how Victor tried to persuade Katherine into firing Neil because he wanted Neil as right-hand flunky. Victor didn't care that Neil was tired of always being second banana to the Newman kids, he just cared about his needs.

Phillip faked his death probably because of the fighting between Kay and Jill and wanted to get away from it.
