Her recent pictures don't do her justice. She is HOT!, buts Pratt isn't going to make a fool out of me! She's not Liza. Why couldn't they make her a new character who falls for Zack? What I will say is that she and Thorsten have chemistry and maybe w/her on the cast it will inspire Pratt to actually write.

I like Jamie Luner, i just wish Pratt would live her alone and not say anything about her cuz he makes her sound like a shark. And after the Zendall mess the last few months, i think Liza and Zach look good together. And i think liza left right before Zach came, cause i want to say liza left around the same time michael was killed.

How trashy can this get? They are pimping her out in the promos. Based on the way Zach treats women, they're almost literally pimping her out. A legacy character made into nothing more than Zach's piece of tail. Yay!

Wow. That clip summed up in the 30 or so seconds why I stopped watching this crap-bag of a show. This character has not even re-aired yet and already she's ruined. Taking Zach (further) down with her. And aside from Angie and Jessie, - and Tad, there is not ONE likeable character on this show. Again, I thank my Lucky, lucky stars I have Jack Abbott and Kay and Murph, Amber, Billy, Chloe and the Entire Baldwin Clan in my life. Not one of these ABC shows can hold a candle to Y&R....

Luke didn't set her up for this, Pratt did, by teasing the audience for months with an addition to the cast that would "energize" it, and "boost moral" or whatever cockamamie mess he was peddling. People were of course thinking: Is it Julia Barr? Cady McClain? Eva La Rue? Marcy Walker? Robin Christopher, then we find out, it's an out-of-work primetime actress who hasn't been on a hit show since Bill Clinton was in office. How exactly was that supposed to re-energize the show? I loved Luner back in the day, but her Melrose Place popularity will do no more for this show than Ted Shackelford's Knots Landing fame has done for Y&R or Patrick Duffy's Dallas cred has done for B&B. It is stupid, in an industry that proves with every move it doesn't value its own vets to pimp, promote and prostitute some primetime actress like she is the second coming. I feel sorry for Luner, Pratt has made the task of replacing a wildly popular actress all the more difficult with his big, stupid yap.

What's even more ridiculous is Luner was ONLY on, what, one, two seasons of MP? And by then the soap wasnt even a hit anymore. If Pratt had bagged Heather Locklear, Courtney Thorne Smith or Laura Leighton, then yeah, shout it to the rooftops, but Jamie Luner??? While I don't like the promo, I will say in defense of Jamie Luner, at least she's talented. I make fun of her Just the Ten of Us days, but she's been around for awhile, and I've always found her to be a likeable and capable actress. I'm more worried about the writing than of Luner's abilities, that's for sure.

I agree with all of that Jamey! It IS STUPID the way that fool Pratt set up all this garbage to play out!
I'm not blaming Luke for setting her up. I'm just saying... it's done, it's out there, it's all in motion, so to why not just support her and let the fools do the spinning and talking.
Nothing else has to be done to highlight Pratt's decision making and running off at the mouth. She is still just an actress trying to work. She involved herself in this mess and they are already ruining her by bringing her in as another woman who will be decharacterized by Zack. So... why be part of the ruination of Liza, or worse yet an actress' failure?
Why not just sit back and let it play out?
I'm not insulting Luke, i think he is just adorable and so cute... he is well-spoken and i enjoy him! I just disagree on this issue. It's only my opinion and I am probably just a little sensitive to un/employment issues. I just hate to see any woman fail at a job, especially one she loves and is so passionate about!
I think we should build her up, or if we can't do that just back off so that she has a chance to succeed! If there is a chance! (again- just a personal opinion)

I dunno. This has "Stacy Morasco 2.0" written all over it. OLTL was the only other soap I'd tune into besides my Y&R. Once the Stacy crapolla started, I figured there was something better to watch. Like my sliding glass door or a coaster on the coffee table. Until she's outo of Llanview, I'm not tuning in. AMC is just AWWWWFUL and I'd wish to high heavens Thorstan Kaye booked when he had the frggin chance. WHYYYY!!!??
Someone mentioned the REAL GREENLEE promo's - exactly. they all think we are stupid and dumb. THEY aren't smart enough to figure out this all backfires?! It really is pitiful.

My issue is what's the point? Why bring Liza back now? Why in this incarnation? Liza had changed. So much so that she left town with her daughter in order to keep Colby from the scheming Adam. Then they bring Colby back to the show as an annoying little snot who steals cars and crashes yachts. Where was her mother then and her concern for her child being with Adam? It makes no sense why now. Liza should have been back the minute they decided to bring a SORAS'ed Colby back and with a more appropriate recast.

I agree with the people who say she looks talented but she is not Liza! It's not just because she's a recast eithier, she's like 20 years younger than Marcy Walker, she looks different and acts like a different character as well! They could've brought her on as a completly different character to hook up with Zach, or even a Hannah Nichols recast!
