Hunter Tylo filed legal papers last year claiming her boyfriend abused her children -- but all is well now, at least according to her.In the legal papers, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Tylo claims her daughter told the family doctor that Corey Cofield was "yelling at her and her sister and hitting them with a belt." The daughter also says Corey made them do "excessive push ups," making them stay in push up position for 20 minutes.
Hunter also claims Corey once trapped her in her bedroom and grabbed her by the throat, "hard."
Corey denied all the allegations, but the judge granted the restraining order in May. In October Hunter had the order terminated, claiming he "has actively been taking parenting classes and has attended family and couple's therapy."

American actress Hunter Tylo has settled her differences with her allegedly abusive boyfriend after the pair underwent couples therapy.The former The Bold and the Beautiful star, 46, filed for a restraining order against Corey Cofield last year, claiming he abused her children.
In the legal documents, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Tylo alleged one of her young daughters had complained to their family doctor that Cofield was "yelling at her and her sister and hitting them with a belt". The youngster also accused Cofield of making them do "excessive push ups" for long periods of time.
Tylo also recounted one occasion when Cofield is said to have trapped her in her bedroom and grabbed her by the throat, reports TMZ.com.
Cofield denied all allegations, but a judge granted Tylo the restraining order last May, forcing her lover to stay away from her and her family.
However, it has now emerged the actress had the ban terminated in October after Cofield agreed to seek treatment for his behavioural problems.
The termination request suggested he had "been taking parenting classes" and had "attended family and couple's therapy".
Tylo has three kids from previous relationships: son Christopher Morehart from her first marriage to Tom Morehart, and daughters Izabella and Katya from her relationship with Michael Tylo. Her son, Michael Tylo, Jr., drowned in a tragic accident in 2007.

It is only a matter of time before her boyfriend does this again. I hope Hunter moves on from this guy and undergoes more therapy to help her deal with all of her issues.

I completely agree Sannod, B&B is doing a great job keeping those lips down and looking good! lol. I kid......I LOVE hunter tylo a lot, lately she is the only reason to watch B&B. It's too bad her family had to deal with those probs, and I think it's worse that that private information was released, I don't think it's the publics business....but it's a step in the right direction, but she should just leave him all together.

My heart goes out to Hunter about her son's death, but so much of the rest of this woman's life reads like the weekly newsletter from a trailer park. It's just one hot mess after another. All that business with Kimberlin Brown (ex-Sheila), the Aaron Spelling mess, then she's a born-again Christian, then she says some "demonic spirit" affected her while she was in India fliming that movie. (All of this is in her autobigraphy so it's not gossip).
Next she and her husband break up and she's with Lorenzo Lamas, then she goes off and butchers her face, now this. I want Hunter to get somewhere and sit down!

PS Her autobiography is shockingly written - I can't imagine what kind of a mess it was before it saw an editor... and whoever the editor was - I don't think English was his/her first language.

It was a hot, three dollar mess! I read it in one sitting in Books-a-Million, all that crazy business about she and Sheila Carter licking salt all off each other while their husbands watched, and alluding that it was because of some demonic presence she picked up in India!

Nah, I can't even put Hunter out there like that. Her book revealed a life that is one hot mess, but Anne was talking about how she was really a girl Jesus named Celesta and all of that madness. That baby's parents did a number on her head! She will always be my Vicky and Marley, but she is as nutty as a Christmas fruitcake!

As much as I love Hunter, I do not understand why she would go back to a man that abused her children. I am all for people getting counseling and getting better, but he would have had to test the waters out on his next girlfriend. I wouldn't be the one tempting fate.
