What's that they say, if you can't beat 'em, poll 'em? You guys know how I feel about practically all of my favorite General Hospital pairings (Liason, Spixie, Skate, Nikolas and Nadine) being torn asunder for reasons that are based more on corporation than characterization, however, I must admit one of the new potential equations could work for me, and that's Johnny and Maxie. (Has the squish name factory given them a joint moniker yet?)
Don't stone me fellow Spixie fans, but Brandon Barash and Kirsten Storms were kinda hot together during all the Go Red dress drama, plus their connection annoys the heck out of the increasingly grating Snarly 2.0 aka Lulu (Julie Marie Berman), which is an added bonus. Now I definitely still want the Maxinista and Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) to find their way to soapily-ever-after— complete with a prerequisite presumed death, switched baby storyline and three, splashy Sweeps week weddings set to John Mayer songs— but this is a soap, and there has to be conflict, and something tells me Maxie likes her conflict like she likes her pizza, hot, Italian and heavy on the pepperoni.
What do you think, should Maxie give Johnny a spin, or should she finally realize that all she really wants is to be Jackaled, over and over and over again?

This is suchhh a tough one for me. You have Spixie-they have such an amazing dynamic-they teamed up to find out who killed the beloved Wise Georgie and ended up becoming besties, they genuinely care for each other (although practically everyone except for Maxie knows how in love the Jackal is with her), they are soo cute and adorable together, and they have some of the best, funny, light and witty dialogue on gh.
Then you have JoMax (I believe that is their offical squish name lol)-they totally snuck up on me. From the moment they arrived into that old abandoned garage during the snow storm, they clicked. They spoke to each other with such ease and such honesty that I totally saw them as a couple. It showed me a different side to both of those characters-a side that made me like them even more. Then when they started to make-out-wowwww!!! They have smokin' hot chemistry together!!!
So, I have to say that I'm torn on this one. I think Maxie and Spinelli will always be best friends and could quite possibly be gh's next supercouple. But, I also think the same could be said for Johnny and Maxie-who are almost forbidden to be together lol-which is hotttt.
Ahhh idk...I lovvvve them both!!! Lol.

Um SPIXIE OF COURSE. They started the storyline but refuse to give us our lift off. Its something different. Not done before on soaps. They are special and the light that is the doom of GH. GH is violence and murder and Spixie are not. They are so funny and cute.
There are hot couples all over this soap i want something different. These two AMAZING actors are great.

I fell in love with JoMax when they interacted at the Black/White ball. So that is where I naturally lean towards.
I love Spixie in a friendship kind of way. Also in my hope that one day -- the Text Message Killer will be a bad dream and Georgie will come back to ride off in the sunset with Spinelli.

I'm a fan of Spixie, but I think I could like Maxie with Matt as well, but her and Johnny? Definitely not. Although, honestly, at this point I almost wish they just pick any story and go with it. They've got three guys circling her and I don't think there's any real plan for any of the relationships to progress.

I can't really vote on this one, so I'll just comment. I like Johnny; I didn't at first, but he grew on me. But Spinelli is my favorite. But at the same time, Maxie will break his heart if they end up together; she just can't help it. She'll do something to crush him and he's been crushed enough. First Lulu, then Jolene, then finding Georgie and then finding out she was in love with him, then Winifred and Maxie in different ways. Maxie's hurt him once; she will hurt him again.
As for Johnny, she seems to have more in common with him than she does with Spinelli and Spinelli has more in common with Winifred and Nadine. I'd like to see him end up with one of them and Johnny and Maxie, maybe for a while. I think Spixie are better off as just best friends. I think if they ever got romantically involved Maxie would destroy it and it would destroy the friendship.
But her ending up with Johnny would cause all the high school drama stuff to come back with her and Lulu and that would just be annoying. Lulu shreeks and screams enough without another rivalry. Since Emily died the LuMax friendship is the only same sex friendship that's been on GH. I don't consider the Sason friendship a friendship; that's just Sonny giving orders and Jason taking them. JaSpin have a much better frendship in my opinion than Sonny and Jason, but there's also a little too much bossiness, even if Jason is his boss, on Jason's part and way too much hero warship on Spin's part.
But I'm going off on a tangent, so I'll shut up now. My point is that if I had to pick one, I'd say JoMax makes more sense than Spixie. But I don't want them to end up together if Spin doesn't have someone, too.

I really really like JoMax...but I love Spixie.
If tptb go with the former I could love it, but my preference would be to try Spixie. I wasnt sure I could buy them as more than friends until the so-called "pity" sex. It wasnt HOT, but it was sweet and tender and appropriate for where they are in their relationship. And pairing Spixie gives tptb a chance to develop Spinelli into something a bit more than just Jason's cybergeek buddy. If he is having sex with the hot girl, I would expect for that to change him profoundly.
And as for Maxie, Maxie wouldnt have been able to get with Lucky if Elizabutch had been paying proper attention to her man. So there!! Bwahahahahaa
