ABC Daytime and Campbell Soup Teaming Up Again

ABC Daytime and Campbell Soup are once again teaming up for the "Go Red" Campaign. The View, All My Children, One Life to Live and General Hospital will all take part in bringing awareness to a healthy heart life.

Here's how each show is doing their part:

The View: February kicks off with Jane Krakowski's visit to "The View" to celebrate American Heart Month. Best known as one of the stars of Emmy award-winning comedy "30 Rock," Jane is Campbell's AdDress Your Heart spokesperson.

All My Children: It's a big bash for the Babe Carey Memorial Wing of Pine Valley Hospital, and (if you can believe it) JR and David are hosting the event together. But it's for a good cause: Not only is it the dedication of the new cardiac wing, but the event is also held in conjunction with Campbell and the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women campaign.

One Life to Live: Viki and Dorian co-sponsor and host -- along with Campbell -- the second annual "Go Red" Ball. All of Llanview will be in attendance at this gala event held at the Palace Hotel, which means drama will be in full force. But everyone will be dressed for the occasion, as each character will be outfitted in red to signify their support of heart health.

General Hospital: Maxie, a heart transplant recipient herself, is at the center of "General Hospital's" celebration. Crimson, the fashion magazine she works for, is donating a trademark dress to be worn at a Go Red gala in NYC. But a problem develops with the model, forcing Maxie to step in and save the day.

The only part of this I am looking foward to is OLTL. Last years Go Red Ball was soo good and this time there is no strike to mess with OLTL when its over. Heres to hoping this years ball is even soapier then last years. Although nothing will beat Nora and Lindsey's catfight over the secrets in the box.

Okay I am glad the soaps are getting sponsers, that is a good thing, but IF I HEAR ONE MORE THING ABOUT V8 over at CBS I will probably kill someone.

I know it has to pay the bills but ughhh it just gets to be 'to much'.

Ugh...The Babe Carey Memorial Wing...I swear that Babe is talked about more dead than alive. Was Babe even that popular?

They're going to let Maxie save the day? Not Jason? Isn't Jason the one with the "heart" of gold? Wink

And, Roxie sitting on the floor reading all of the secrets! I'm looking forward to this event again this year!

Uh, yeah, I figured this was happening again since I've heard two V-8 references in two days on AMC. At least it was kind of subtle, as opposed to day players discussing the benefits of V-Fusion on GH last year.

Are you sure AMC referenced V-8 drinks? Maybe it was Caitlin Van Zandt's echo that finally reached ABC studios from Peapack after she screamed that she loved it on an episode of GL in December?

LMAO Season!!! I unfortunately remember that scene with her and Buzz. Poor Justin Deas! The man has 6 Emmys and is being relegated to talking about V8 with Ashlee.

It was Y&R that had those V8 "Feeding America" campaigns. Emily O'Brien's only dialogue for an entire week was "Make every serving count".
