I have two scenarios I can get on board with.

A.) She is really Emily, but doesn't know it, ala what Days did when Kristian Alfonso returned. For almost a year they did the "Is She Really Hope?" storyline and it was awesome and in the end she was revealed to be the real Hope. This could easily work on GH, because like Days' Stefano, Helena is a mustache-twirling, cartoon villain, who snatches people up and fakes their deaths all the time. Just as Laura. Or Lesley. Or Lucky.

B.) She is a cousin or half-sibling of Emily's from the Bowens.

Well those are two of the possible storyline RUMORS floating out there... I really want that Cassadine connection and as Belinda said on the ABC podcast, Constance Towers needs to return. We all admit we're a little tired of the mob overload but I think if the Cassadine's are the masterminds behind the Russian invasion, some long time fans may give up their mob gripes.

I watched DAYS during the Princess Gina storyline and it was genius. I would totally be on board for a rip off of that.

As long as a storyline reunites Nikolas with Emily, I really don't care who Natalia plays on screen. How can Nikolas actually co-exist in PC with someone who mirrors Emily? I can't believe that he would be so blasé about it.

GH needs to get back on track asap!

I am soooo hoping that this "new" character turns out to be a b*tch - I'd love to see that side of NL and I actually believe she can pull it off.

Though I'm hoping eventually it's revealed that she's Emily. I wasn't a fan of Emily's at all, however she was a Q and a show *needs* the type of character Emily was. I don't think it'll happen, but I'd love it if as soon as everyone is convinced she's not really Emily and Nik is about to get married to someone else, *that's* when Em starts to get her memory back

EDIT: Oh and when she gets her memory back, she also remembers that Helena has AJ, Alan and Alcazar trapped in a dungeon somewhere

I totally agree with above posts. But I really hope that it's just she doesn't know she's emily and helena/russian story. I'm sorry but emily is a legacy character and I liked the character more than the portrayer. Natalia grew up the character but I really would look forward to that spark and fiestiness that amber gave emily. I would be really mad if they brought her back as someone else. To kill off a character and bring back the same actor as someone else so quickly is disrespectful. They did it with sarah brown, but carly is still on the canvas so it's not as damaging. I already fast foward 75% of the show, with the dismantling of liason, this presumedly botched natalia comeback(cause come on do they ever do it right) and much more, they've destroyed all the characters and people who hooked me to this show, which was my favorite.

Btw THE CLIP IS GREAT. What interested me most is how funny in real life Tyler Christopher is and how he a laura wright just flow so easily together? More scenes together perhaps. I would actually like them paired as friends not love interest. Carly needs someone outside the sonny/jason blah blah crap. Did anyone catch tyler christopher say how he always waves and smiles at the grey's anatomy people across the lot when he gets to leave, and how laura said they look way to relaxed and bored? Too funny
