As the entire planet waits to see who will lead the Free World, one of Canada's largest newspapers, The National Post, weighed in on daytime superstar Eric Braeden (Victor, The Young and the Restless)'s political feelings, as expressed in a revealing interview with TV Guide Canada's Nelson Branco. When asked who the great, mustachioed Victor Newman would be voting for in 2008's real-life duel for the Oval Office, Braedan, according to Branco, waited a "suspenseful beat before answering." He wouldn't, came his reply. "I don't think Victor concerns himself with the silliness of politics. I don't think he's a Republican or a Democrat."
