Young and Restless first lady Jeanne Cooper turned 80-years-young on Sunday. How great is it that the unstoppable Katherine Chancellor is in the midst of a compelling front burner storyline, complete with a dual role, that is integral to revitalizing the hit CBS soap? If only the rest of daytime would follow suit in terms of utilizing their veteran cast members. Happy birthday great lady!

She is kicking arse BIG TIME! Gotta love la Cooper. When oh when will other soap execs realize it's characters like KC that have soap fans foaming at the mouth? Kudos to Y&R for utilising a legend (but bad, bad Y&R for making me endure Eden and bringing back the singing kid).

I want to give a Happy Birthday to Jeanne Cooper. I love Katherine Chancellor and Y&R is using it vets unlike GH and I agree, Darren Lomas, I hate Eden and the singing girl and they need to be cut, now.
