And OMG, Daisy! You are so right! The Amber/Rick s/l on B&B happened over 10 years ago. Amber should be about in her late 20's, around my age. Although, Amber has always had a thing for younger men or boys, depending on how you see it and she's never been known for her maturity.

I totally love Damber together. Hopefully we will get them back together soon. I really like the storyline. Only thing that sucks about it, is the fact the writers brought the annoying and pathetic Colleen into this. It just looks cheap how she tries to throw herself on to Daniel.

Having pod Collen in this story is plain ineffectual! She is no competition to Amber, why would anyone want this boring version of Collen?

I still don't understand how they can be writing Amber like a teeny bopper when she should be in her 30s by now :?

season: oh yeah, Amber definitely does have a taste for younger guys (Rick, Thomas) and if they were playing this like that's what it is I wouldn't have a problem. But they really seem to be writing her as if she's 20 again. I haven't been watching much in the last few months but whenever I see her she's acting like a little bubblehead, bopping around the office, squealing, pouting, saying "Like" and "Totally" - I mean, WTF?

And her relationship w/ Katherine reminds me so much of her relationship with Steph on B&B. The Daniel/Amber/Phyllis dynamic seems a little like the Rick/Amber/Brooke stuff -- as in "Mamma Slut hates her son's slutty girlfriend"

I guess it's just hard for me to see this story with "fresh eyes" because of watching Amber on B&B all those years ago.

LOL! You hit the nail right on the head, Daisy! I had forgotten that Amber should be old enough not to be acting the way she is and I didn't realize that it is basically the same s/l for B&B. I've been too busy asking myself why she is even on this show. While it pains me to say that she and Daniel are an interesting couple, I'm still waiting for Davetta's Lily to come back and get her man, I've never got what was the point of her being on this show.

I agree, Daniel, take Amber back so she can stop whining. I am so sick of the woe is me act and it is getting old. Hey, Daniel, you no angel, either. They perfect for each other. They have flaws and made some big mistakes, but they get it. I like this Amber, who is remorseful and sorry for the things she done and not making any excuses and owning up to them. I hope that they mature her, but leave a little bit of conniving in her. I think it would be great if Phyllis and Amber be rivals. I would love to see that.
