ITA Season. This is a dress for a dance competition or the runway maybe but she is too beautiful to have to resort to such extremes. Drape her in satin, a classic spike heel and outrageous jewels maybe but seriously; rhinestones/crystals, the giant bow and then FRINGE? Yikes.
